The Triple Cask is made from 100% barley malt. It gains its harmonious, complex and full-bodied aromas from aging in 3 types of casks: new oak casks, Sherry and Madeira oak casks.
On first nosing; sweet-roast flavours and intensive notes of Madeira and Sherry. On further nosing the aroma is reminiscent of dried fruits and plain chocolate. On the palate the diversity of flavours is perfectly integrated: malty roast aroma, flavour of plain chocolate, caramel, milk, nougat and dry sherry. It closes with a long finish of coffee and dried fruits like prunes and raisins.
